Disciplined defender with active, intelligent hands. Nixon consistently timed his swipes with precision, showing hands after the first dig before quickly reacting again to disrupt the play. His long arms, nearly reaching his knees, gave him a distinct advantage on closeouts, contests, and deflections. Offensively, Nixon displayed comfort creating off the bounce, especially with solid one- or two-dribble counters when his initial drive was cut off, flowing into smooth pull-up jumpers or quick directional changes into space.

Nixon, a teammate of Taylor at both Dominican and with the Milwaukee Young Bucks , made some clutch shots late to help his team overcome a second-half deficit against Manitowoc Gold. Nixon is usually at his best around the basket, but he showed he also can step outside and attack the hoop and make perimeter shots. The 6-foot-4 wing averaged 11.2 points and 7.8 rebounds as a junior, and figures to team with Taylor and sophomore Zeak Jones Zeak Jones 6'4" | SG Dominican | 2027 State WI to give Dominican another potent squad in 2025-26.
