The reasonable pick for most improved player in the league, Ormond went from an unsung background piece a year ago to one of the league’s most potent perimeter scoring threats as a senior. Ormond averaged close to 16 points per game in league play as one of two main focal points for the Blue Devils. The rangy wing stands out as a dangerous shooter with a high release and the ability to fluidly connect on the move from both the midrange and perimeter. He moves well without the ball and shows polished footwork when attacking opportunistically in 1-on-1 situations. Ormond profiles as a likely priority for high-academic D3 types with upside to continue to blossom into college.
