The 6’2″ guard is a Top 50 prospect in the class that was highly sought after at the Division III level and received offers from Goshen, IU-East, and IU-Southeast. Along with his outstanding shooting ability, Franks is sneaky athletic off of the dribble and should be able to be a serviceable defender at the next level. Would be an excellent late get for a Division III or NAIA program.
