Adom Baca Adom Baca 5'7" | PG Olympus | 2030 UT has been a dog in the 2030 class for as long as I can remember. He is a crafty, unselfish guard who knows how to create offense for himself and his teammates. One thing I like about Adom is his poise. He plays under control, has a great handle, and knows how to use his moves to get defenders off balance. He can knock down shots from beyond the arc, but he is also dangerous getting downhill and finishing around the basket.

Adom has the ability to create offense through his defense as well, making him a guard who can impact the game on both ends of the floor. He doesn’t have to force the game to make an impact, and his unselfish play makes him a valuable teammate. I’m super high on Adom and excited to see him compete against other top freshmen at Utah’s Top Freshman Showcase. He is a name in the 2030 class I’ll continue to keep my eye on as his game develops.

Baca is a quick guard who can also play off the ball. He was running the floor, and he had moments where he made some big-time moves. If he can continue to work on his attacks and get downhill, he has a chance to continue to improve.
