Quimby can handle the rock. He made that clear on Saturday with how he lead his team from the point guard position on the floor in a close loss this morning, followed by a big win later in the afternoon. In both contests he showed that he has a very high basketball IQ while being a vocal leader to the teammates on the floor around him. He showed a great attitude even when things weren’t going well and kept his group together through it all. This is the type of player you want your point guard to be when you describe him to others. An overall player-maker who has a great head on shoulders, especially under pressure in big moments of ball games. I’ll be keeping an eye on Quimby this summer. He could turn a lot of heads.
