Michael Roth brings over five year’s worth of basketball experience to Prep Hoops as a reporter and scouting service director. Michael graduated from Ohio University’s E.W. Scripps School of Journalism and began independently covering Ohio high school basketball while in college. He operates an NCAA approved scouting service and co-hosts the Drive to Dayton podcast along with his duties at Prep Hoops. He has contributed to Prep Hoops since 2020 and is based in Cincinnati, although he travels the region and country to scout all year long.
