A team that we think could have a great year is the Minnesota Crossfire. Coach Stone’s squad has a nice group of prospects ready to push for a top ten spot.

[player_tooltip player_id="567121" first="Breyton" last="Buysman"] of Simley (SF, 6’3). Breyton continues to improve. We’ve seen him play here and there for several years and he’s coming off of a dozen point per game season at Simley. The potential is there to be a 20 point per game guy in the Metro East.

[player_tooltip player_id="774896" first="Connor" last="Chappell"] of Orono (PF, 6’6). Connor scored 15 a game this winter using his inside-out, skilled physical abilities to lead the Spartans. Connor has a chance to be a top 2-3 scorer for the Crossfire and one of the top two rebounders on the squad as well.

[player_tooltip player_id="774752" first="Bradley" last="Cimperman"] of Woodbury (SG, 6’4). A talented big guard that has the potential to be a scholarship wing. He’s surely a top 40 player in his class and a guy that the MIAC schools will be all over but the potential is there for even more.

[player_tooltip player_id="774884" first="Nyle" last="Dickel"] of Minneapolis Washburn (SF, 6’3). Nyle is currently picking up football offers plus he scored six points a game for the Millers on the basketball court.

[player_tooltip player_id="774747" first="Reagan" last="Koch"] of Jordan (PG, 6’3). Koch is a skilled playmaker that can play several positions. He’s a top 100 level senior with the potential to raise up much higher. Reagan averaged 15.3 points, 4 rebounds, 3.5 assists, and 2.7 steals per game for the Hubmen as a junior. Koch may be playing lead guard or on the wing.

[player_tooltip player_id="774760" first="Zach" last="Longueville"] of St. Croix Lutheran (SG, 6’1). One of the better shooters in the 2021 class, Zach scored 19 points a game for St. Criox Lutheran over the winter. His all around game has improved making more plays off the dribble but as a shooter he remains one of the best. Top 100 senior.

[player_tooltip player_id="567075" first="Andrew" last="Mandel"] of Orono (6’9 C). Mandel took some strong steps this year scoring three buckets a game with 5-6 boards each contest. He’s a top 100 level player in the senior class and one of the better 7-8 centers in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id="532590" first="Rowan" last="Nelson"] of Melrose (PF, 6’6). Rowan is a top 60 player in the senior class coming off a 16 point, seven rebound, 2.5 assist per game season playing both forward spots. Can play with his back to the basket or he can face up and make plays. Nelson will be one of the more consistent producers for this team.

[player_tooltip player_id="567123" first="Trystan" last="Ressler"] of Lakeville South (SG, 6’2). Ressler played of the bench for a good South team and as the year went on his became more and more reliable as a player. Ressler was a reliant scorer, rebounder, and defender for Crossfire last year and should step into the same role for this team.

[player_tooltip player_id="774783" first="Jordan" last="Stone"] of PACT (SF, 6’6). Stone gave PACT 17.4 points and 9.3 boards a game plus he’s a very good passer and shot contester. Stone led PACT to 11 victories this winter and is expected to have a big senior year. Starting with his 17u season.
