Below are some players to keep your eyes on in the 2022 class
Jaden Boone, 6’3, G/F, 2022, Quinter
A scorer and rebounder who can fill up the paint and get a body inside. He has good height and brings strength and length to the floor. He is a smart player for his age and rebounds well on both ends of the floor. He finds positioning and makes contact. Boone also shows promise as a scoring option. He handles himself well in transition and on the perimeter.
Blake Aurand, 6’4, G/F, 2022, Republic County
A nice player to keep your eyes on who can defend several positions on the floor. He has good size and is strong and physical. He can handle pressure down low and defend players taller than him. He can also get involved on the offensive side, a player who can score near the basket and away from it.
Brayden McKnight, 6’2, 2022, Southeast of Saline
A young player who has good size and shows potential on the floor. He can run Lanes well and keeps his head up and looks to make smart plays with the ball. He passes well looks to rebound get his teammates involved and score when he has an open look.
Charlie Russell, 6’3, G/F, 2022, Trego
Russell is a strong, physical forward who can handle the ball some and use his size to his advantage. He brings energy to the floor and is active on both sides of the ball. He looks to apply pressure in contest shots around him.
Branden Hines, 6’1, G, 2022, Northern Heights
A thin and scrappy guard who can come away with the ball on one end and kick off the fast break. He moves well vertically and uses his length to his advantage well. He can score at times but likes when his teammates are playing strong.
