Solomon is a 5’11” point guard / shooting guard from Waterford Mott High School. He is in the class of 2021 and plays grassroots basketball with UTS Elite.
Solomon has an impressive skill set on the basketball court. He’s an excellent finisher when attacking the rim, using his upper body strength to score through contact. Solomon can also stop on a dime off the drive and hit a nice little pull up jumper. Over the spring, he developed a reputation as one of the top on ball defenders in the state. Solomon enjoys the challenge of shutting down an opponents top perimeter scorer.
Trayale Solomon knows that experience and improvement will be keys to his future in the game of basketball. He is currently focused on fine tuning his shot. Solomon played varsity basketball as a freshman and has continued to increase his role on his team every season. This experience has assisted in the recent rapid development of his game.
Solomon is a goal oriented athlete. He prefers to keep these goals simple and obtainable. Solomon just wants to win, and win in bunches. He has the ultimate goal of getting a Division 1 scholarship offer. Off the court, Solomon simply wants to be a good person and help those in need around him.
Trayale Solomon will be a valuable asset to a college basketball program someday. His skill set should transfer well to the next level. Solomon’s on ball defense and ability to create scoring chances will be a nice addition to a team. He is a prospect to keep an eye on during summer leagues and summer grassroots season.
