GREENBELT, MD -- Day 2 of the Inaugural PG Challenge took place at Eleanor Roosevelt. Several prospects stood out during our time in the gym. Here we recap the event with a look at five intriguing prospects.

JAAMIR BUTLER | 6’4 SF/SG | ELEANOR ROOSEVELT ‘19

Jaamir Butler is quietly enjoying a breakout senior campaign, and it continued on Saturday night. Butler started the game with a dunk on the first play, and proceeded to score 6 straight points as Roosevelt opened up an 12-0 lead. The smooth 6-foot-4 wing has been dubbed by his coach as a “wizard” with the ball in his hands. Butler is a crafty scorer with good body control, touch, the ability to finish in traffic, and a smooth stroke from three. His frame is still filling out, and could have a better career in college than he did in high school.

DAEMOND FORD | 6’2 SG | WISE ‘21

Daemond Ford looked like the best guard for Wise in their hard-fought loss to Douglass. Ford is an aggressive southpaw who adeptly attacked the basket and looked for contact in the paint.

AMAN MEASHO | 6’8 C | BLADENSBURG ‘20

Aman Measho is a frontcourt who showed that he can step out and knock down spot up threes. Measho is a big body who excels in pick and pop scenarios. His lateral quickness and strength are still clearly improving as he continues to grow into his body.

DARNELL SNOWDEN | 6’2 PG/SG | DOUGLASS ‘20

Darnell Snowden made an impact on both ends of the floor for Douglass. Snowden took three charges, which was the most among all players on Saturday. Snowden also knocked down three trey balls on his way to scoring 15 points.

DEVYN TOLER | 6’4 SF | BOWIE ‘19

Devyn Toler came up big for Bowie in their win over Potomac. A 6-foot-4 wing who has proven that he can consistently knock down spot up threes, Toler showcased his athleticism with an emphatic and-1 dunk in traffic.
