Flashes potential in the paint offensively with a nice hook shot and soft touch. Misses some shots due to lack of strength through bigger defenders. Once he gets stronger has potential to be a force. Sleeper low-major prospect that would be a really good D2 target at this stage.
Brown broke down his junior campaign at Marist.
“I think we did really good and built some good team chemistry after we had some seniors leave the prior year. Next year we will be even better because we only lost a few guys. We are working hard in open gyms.”
What does he see as the best assets of his game?
“I am one of the more mobile bigs at 6’9”. I can really run the floor. I recently hit a growth spurt so I am able to move swiftly and agile.”
He enjoys playing with Team Rose 17U.
“This is my first year with Team Rose. We are continuing to get better every game and every practice.”
A few colleges have expressed interest in the 2017 prospect.
“I have interest from St. Louis, Western Illinois, and Kennesaw State.”
