He has speed in the open floor and is a plus athlete. That plays well with how North Chicago likes to get it and go. Henton has slick handles and can get to the rim off the bounce. Also mixes in a couple pull up jumpers. Good rebounding guard. Defensively has potential with active hands and lateral quickness. D2 radar and would be a great player for a D3/NAIA.
He talked with PHI about his junior campaign.
“It was good. Better than last year. I just wish I could have led the team more.”
When describing his game he is short and to the point.
“Athletic, explosive, and a team player.”
He has received letters from Cornell, Western Illinois, Air Force. Henton hasn’t spoken personally with any of the staffs. Henton plays with Playground Elite on the grassroots circuit.
