-Excellent all-round game, didn’t see a true weakness in his game at this event

-Has great size and length and understands how to use it to his advantage

-Pure looking catch n shoot release/has quality range also

-Able to finish with left and right hands off the bounce and at the rim through contact

-Was more physical in the games then I had expected

-Was a beast on the O Boards

-Had a few dimes for passes leading to easy buckets in transition

-With his height and length sky is the limit for this kid/he will be greatly rewarded if he continues to put in the time

-Easily one of the top players at this event, looks like an emerging star

-Soft touch finisher, great length, crafty but also athletic, sky is the limit

-Crushed on the glass, especially on the O-end, can’t be boxed out

-Hard slash to the rack, sick spin-move to beat the D, impressive finish

-O-board tip-in, amazing timing and body control for the finish

-Easy to see that Erbes has a high IQ and a great feel for the game

Brooks has excellent length and is was a beast on the offensive boards with alot of buckets inside. With that length comes a great advantage if he’s guarded by smaller players he will post up and its an easy 2 points, against bigger defenders he showed he can take them outside and flat out shoot the 3 ball 🔥. Very well rounded as he handles the ball better then expected and was able to take defenders off the bounce and finish at the rim with either hand.

-Reports are that he is one of the best in the ND 2030 Class

-Noteworthy size, Squirrels are very high on Erbes, should see varsity action

Is he one of the elite ballers at the event? Does he score from all levels?

-I did not get the chance to see him play a ton, but he looked like he belonged on the court with the older players

-Long & thin, but a very nice athlete

-Serious potential, he will have a bright future for CC

Erbes is an up-and-coming Squirrel to keep track of. The reports are that his future is radiant. Brooks played some sub-varsity last year as an 8th grader, so he is certainly an advanced player. Erbes has great size, but also has intriguing guard skills. If he takes after his father (David) at all, Brooks will be tougher than nails and a great rebounder. How does the youngster look competing against the older competition?
