On Monday we released our Top 25 Class of 2029 Prospect Rankings along with an expanded Watch List. Not only did this update feature our first look at ranking some of these young prospects, but it also added over 125 new names which brought our total Class of 2029 database to nearly 300 prospects. As always, we will spend this week diving deeper into our rankings release by highlighting some of those new names, taking a look at some stock-risers, mentioning some of the top Watch List names that just missed the cut, and much more. Here are some of the prospects that have improved their stock the most over the course of the last several months.

Look for Bazin to have a breakout sophomore season at Crown Point as he steps into a major role in the backcourt. We saw the 6'2" guard play for Progeny at UAA Session II at Spooky Nook and he immediately shot into our Top 25 Rankings. He is an excellent communicator for a young guard, plays incredibly hard, and has the athletic/physical tools you need in the backcourt. Bazin is going to end up as one of the top point guards in Indiana's Class of 2029.

There is never a shortage of talent coming through the program at Lawrence North High School. Since these guys often don't play varsity for a year or two it can be hard to identify the best prospects. However, we saw Davis play with UNRNKD Hoops 15u on the EYCL Circuit this spring and he immediately caught our attention. The long, lean, 6'3" wing has a ton of two-way upside.

Dease stepped in right away at the Class 4A level and averaged 12.8 points and 6.7 rebounds per game. He is such a smooth, fluid athlete. The 6'6" wing can stretch the floor as a shooting threat, operate off of the bounce, or use his size to attack mismatches inside. He has quickly become one of our favorite prospects in the Class and made his debut in our rankings #10 overall.

We got to see Jones play a little bit at the varsity level for Warren Central and every time he would get some minutes it seemed like he made the most of them. The athletic, 6'5" forward plays with a great motor and is a consistent finisher around the basket as well. He is very bouncy on the glass and that translates to blocking shots or shooting passing lanes for steals too. Jones is another prospect that would likely be ranked if we expanded any further.

Of the schools who post their statistics on MaxPreps, Russell led all freshmen in the state of Indiana in scoring averaging 21.4 points per game and shooting an incredible 92-226 (40.7%) from three-point range. However, it was his playmaking ability at the recent Prep Hoops Indiana State Tournament that really helped to solidify the fact that he was one of the top prospects in the state. Russell was able to dice up the defenses of some of the top teams in the state consistently shooting it in from deep and assisting at the end of his drives.

As he grows you will likely see Yoder in our prospect rankings. However, he is still an early stock-riser after an excellent freshman season that saw him make a significant impact at the varsity level for the Class 2A State Runner-Up. Yoder is highly skilled and an excellent shooter from beyond the arc. It will be fun to track his progression over the next few years.
