#24) [player_tooltip player_id='2353610' first='Jayden' last='Betz'] | 6'2” CG | Saint James Academy

Betz transferred to Saint James after a couple of years at Episcopal and reclassified to the 2028 class, where he got to play behind two very talented upperclassmen and learn from them, and an extra year to develop will be good for him. The 6'2” combo has a ton of talent as he can handle and create in transition and in the half court, he can knock down shots from deep when he's off the ball, he brings good energy defensively, and he does little things to help his team win as well.

#25) [player_tooltip player_id='3554519' first='Jahad' last='Mansour'] | 6'3” SF | Edison

Mansour is one of the breakout players in the NOVA area this past year, as he had a great season for Edison and is just scratching the surface with how good he can be moving forward. He has a prototypical frame that is strong and athletic allowing him to get downhill and finish through contact, he can light it up from deep off the catch and make shots on the move, and he is able to use his athleticism and size to guard multiple positions defensively.

#28) [player_tooltip player_id='3554523' first='Braylan' last='Bell'] | 5'11” CG | Gar-Field

Bell had a breakout season for Gar-Field as part of one of the best backcourts in all of NOVA public schools, and he's got a lot of tools that make him an intriguing prospect moving forward. The 5'11” guard is compact and quick with a great first step and the ability to stay low on rip-and-gos, he is dynamic in transition with his vision and ability to deliver passes on point, he sets the tone defensively with his on ball prowess, and he picks his spots and scores it efficiently in a number of ways.

#31) [player_tooltip player_id='2918988' first='Connor' last='Cully'] | 6'4” SG | Bishop O'Connell

Cully played a good role for a talented O'Connell team that was nationally ranked at one point this season, and this summer he'll have the chance to make his name known amongst college coaches with a little more freedom in AAU. He has great positional size and uses his length to challenge shots and get deflections on the defensive side of the ball, he can work well off the ball with the ability to read screens and get open while scoring it efficiently from all three levels, and his high IQ makes him a very good secondary ball handler and playmaker as well.

#39) Marshall Scarborough IV | 6'2” CG | Gillion Academy

Scarborough may have played behind a starting lineup that had four seniors committed to division one programs, but that didn't stop him from having flashes of brilliance that shows he's going to be a big time scorer for Gillion moving forward. The 6'2” guard is both dynamic and crafty with good burst and the ability to create space using step backs and pull-ups to get his shot off, he can drill it from deep with good range and a quick release, and he is very good at drawing contact and finishing through it when he gets downhill.

#40) [player_tooltip player_id='3554531' first='Finn' last='Gardner'] | 6'3” SG | Briar Woods

Gardner had a breakout sophomore season for Briar Woods, earning All Region honors and emerging as one of the top shooters in the NOVA public school ranks this season. The 6'3” guard can absolutely drill it from deep with good range and the ability to set his feet on the move and coming off of screens, he relocates well and can attack closeouts to get space needed to get his shot off, and he has great instincts on both ends consistently making the right reads offensively and rotations defensively.

#44) [player_tooltip player_id='3554539' first='Kaden' last='Golston'] | 6'3” SF | Stone Bridge

Golston is a big time football recruit that had a breakout season on the hardwood too, helping Stone Bridge reach the Class 5 State semifinals and putting up big numbers across the board all year. At 6'3” he's a big time athlete who thrives in transition with his speed and ability to finish through contact, he is strong enough to guard in the paint and quick enough to stay in front of guards on the perimeter, he's a very good rebounder for his position, and he impacts the game in a positive way across the board for his team.
