McMurray provided valuable scoring depth and did a good job of taking advantage of what the defense gave him throughout the game. He was effective in the mid-range area, knocking down jumpers and keeping the defense honest. In addition to his scoring, he contributed on the defensive end with several rebounds and blocks, showing his willingness to impact the game in multiple ways. He also displayed good court awareness, finding teammates for scoring opportunities when help defenders collapsed. McMurray was in the right spots on the floor to make plays. He chipped in 12 points in the win. He did a nice job seeking out contact on the attack and getting to the foul line. He turned defense to offense with his ability to be in passing lanes. His length and quickness was seen throughout.
