Expert Analysis
Tom Keller | Prep Hoops Scout
Wright was a safe pair of hands for his TNA squad and found ways to contribute across the board. He provided valuable scoring depth by knocking down a few three-pointers and was also effective from the mid-range, showing confidence in his pull-up game. His quickness and anticipation allowed him to get into passing lanes and come away with several steals on the defensive end. Wright’s unselfishness stood out throughout the contest, as he consistently made the right play and helped keep the offense flowing. With his versatility and team-first approach, he appears poised to take on a larger role for his team heading into next season.

Dante Wright quietly put together one of the more efficient shooting weekends at the event. The heady guard consistently knocked down threes at a high percentage while spacing the floor effectively for his team. He played with patience offensively and rarely forced unnecessary shots. Wright understood where to position himself and consistently made defenses pay for helping too aggressively. His confidence shooting the basketball remained steady throughout the weekend. He also brought composure and discipline to the backcourt. Reliable perimeter shooting like his always translates well.

Wright provided some depth in the TNA back-court with his play. He was able to chip in a 12 points with a pair of three pointers. I like how he was able to see the floor and find others. He did a nice job running their 2nd unit in the 4th quarter.
