As an eighth grader, Tyson Darko leads Evangel Christian in scoring at 18.1 points per game while shooting 36.7 percent from three-point range. A quick-strike scorer, he can fill it up in a hurry, especially from beyond the arc. Darko shows solid ball skills, handling and passing the ball well, and is effective attacking off the bounce. He uses drives to create space and generate high-percentage looks. Comfortable in catch-and-shoot situations, he's equally capable of knocking down jumpers off the dribble.

He has also posted a 29-point performance this season and is averaging 24.0 points per game while shooting 42.9 percent from three-point range. Lowe adds 5.5 rebounds per contest and impacts the game in multiple ways. He sees the floor well and consistently finds open teammates, can create his own offense off the bounce, and scores at all three levels, finishing at the rim or knocking down pull-up jumpers. He remains effective when facing defensive pressure.

He enters off a strong showing at the 2025 Boys Gateway Holiday Classic at Montgomery County, where Holy Cross claimed the championship and Gabbard recorded scoring performances of 21, 16, and 34 points. His length allows him to score effectively both at the rim and from the perimeter, and he plays above the rim on the glass. Gabbard competes inside on both ends of the floor, using his size and physicality to impact the game as a scorer and rebounder.
