Over the next week, I'll be previewing some standout players across all divisions of the MIAA. Though prep schools get lots of the love when it comes to basketball exposure, there is still absolutely a good amount of talent in the MIAA.

Read: MIAA Preview: Forwards to Watch

Read: MIAA Preview: Scoring Guards

That being said, let's look at some scoring wings who should have big seasons.

Rodrigues has a good case to be the most physically imposing player in the entire MIAA. The 6-foot-4 wing is quicker and faster than most guards, but stronger and sturdier than most bigs, and he puts it all together to be one of the best athletes you'll see in Massachusetts public school hoops. He can handle and shoot it a bit, but he mostly dominates by keeping his line on drives and getting to the front of the rim for finishes and dunks. When he doesn't make his first shot, he gets tons of me-bounds and goes right back up with them. Rodrigues will be a double-double machine for Attleboro this year and will be a PRIME postgrad candidate and someone who should be getting some lower level scholarship looks.

Though Maxwell is also 6-foot-4, he goes about getting his points in a slightly different way than Rodrigues. The Abington senior has some verve to his off-the-dribble game and really looks to use hesitation and hang dribbles to freeze the defense before blowing by them to the hoop. He also prefers to get to his mid range a bit more but can also excel as a finisher at the rim. He'll be one of the higher scorers in the entire MIAA and should be getting tons of D3 looks. An improved three-point shot and passing vision would be huge for Maxwell's recruitment and could even push him into the scholarship ranks.

Faulk looks like an NFL running back and uses his strength quite effectively all over the floor. Offensively, he attacks the offensive glass like a mad man and can finish in the paint with contact as a result of his physicality and toughness. He can also handle it and knock down outside shots. Defensively, he's ridiculously versatile and can guard basically anyone; Faulk is 6-foot-3 but has excellent lateral quickness, hands and verticality. He'll be the main cog for a really talented Bridgewater-Raynham team this season and should find a D3 fit somewhere next year.

English is an under-the-radar star for Winchester High School who doesn't really have an offensive weakness. The 6-foot-1 senior can score from all three levels but really excels as a garbage man and 2-way player. He has excellent hands, and he's always active on the offensive boards or as a cutter, which makes him difficult to box out and defend. He'll be Winchester's best player this season and will probably be able to find a D3 fit after this year.

Sanchez is a fascinating player. You'd look at the 6-foot-2 wing's body type and think he won't be the most agile, but he has lots of coordination and control in his movement patters and is quite effective as a scorer in the paint. He totally discards opposing guards and wings with his strength, but then he has soft finishing touch with both hands and at a variety of angles. College coaches will probably be thrown off by his unique play style, but I think he can find a fit at the D3 level next season, and a huge year with North Andover would certainly help his cause.

Over the next week, I'll be previewing some standout players across all divisions of the MIAA. Though prep schools get lots of the love when it comes to basketball exposure, there is still absolutely a good amount of talent in the MIAA.
