The rising junior, Wright, made quite an impact on both sides of the ball throughout the event. He plays with a great motor, and had no hesitation diving on the floor for loose balls. He has good size and strength and rebounds the ball very well on both ends of the court. At 6’2″ Wright is capable of guarding the bigs down low, but can also stick with the smaller quicker guards. He is solid around the hoop, and counters that with a nice smooth shot from the mid-range.

Wright is the ultimate utility guy on the wing and an intriguing college prospect in the 2028 class. He averaged 13.5 points over two games on Sunday and showed that he can impact winning in a variety of ways. Wright is effective attacking the paint and scoring at the rim, is a capable finisher in transition and is active on the glass at both ends. He consistently gets to loose balls, competes defensively and plays with a high motor. He is the type of prospect who does a little bit of everything and finds ways to impact winning.
