Pennsbury Catches Opponents and College Coaches by Surprise

Pennsbury's Class of 2028 backcourt duo of [player_tooltip player_id='2485360' first='Patrick' last='Jajua, Jr.'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2855666' first='Brayden' last='Clark'] is one of the most electric guard tandems in suburban Philadelphia and it is time everyone stopped sleeping on these two. Jajua is an athletic and versatile prospect who owns fantastic end-to-end speed. Those assets combined with his slick handles and his court vision enable Jajua push the rock in transition for scores and assists. Of course, Jajua can also score off the bounce in the half-court. If defenders sag off him, Jajua will lace threes all day. Last weekend Jajua posted a 30-piece at the Rare Footage Pre-Live event. [player_tooltip player_id='2855666' first='Brayden' last='Clark'] is a hard-nosed floor general with a quick burst. This Spring Clark has impressed with his off the dribble arsenal. Clark excels at using change of direction / pace moves to get to the cup for lay-ups in the half-court as well as on the fast break. Clark will also put the ball on the deck and got to his mid-range spots for pull up jumpers. Running with those two are talented rising seniors Max Manga and Owen Hogancamp as well as stock rising 2027 prospect Sean Breslin.

[player_tooltip player_id='1608275' first='Jordan' last='Dill'] is Going to Have an Electric Weekend

Last weekend's Rare Footage Pre-Live event was Dill's first runs with his new teammates at Imhotep Charter and he did not miss a beat. Dill (2,000+ points in career at GFS) proved once again that he is an elite point guard that can score at all three-levels. This lefty's ability to get to the rim and then score through contact was especially impressive. His live dribble passing on the fast break was remarkable. Still, it was the positional versatility Dill showed that really turned heads. On numerous possessions Dill bumped over to the shooting guard spot and was extremely effective. From the wing he popped threes from all around the arc and scored on slashes to the rack. Dill's convincing jab step move frequently created space for his triples. Now that Dill has a successful weekend with his new teammates under his belt, we expect him to have electric runs at Philly HS Live S1.

[player_tooltip player_id='1771798' first='Bradford' last='Berwick'] Grabs the Attention of College Coaches

With Delaware County Christian's highly decorated Class of 2025 having graduated, Berwick will ascend to the No. 1 option for DCCS. Good news, after what I saw from Berwick on the spring grassroots circuit, he is ready for that promotion. This spring Berwick proved that he could produce points in a multitude of ways. His size and quick release allowed Berwick to shoot threes over defenders and even double teams. Berwick also put the ball on the floor and scored via straight line drives from the wing as well as along the baseline. College coaches will love Berwick's ability to operate in the high post as both a scoring threat and distributor. Berwick was a plus rebounder this spring too.

The Bleachers Will Be Packed with College Coaches for Cardinal O'Hara vs. Sewickley Academy

O'Hara returns a talented core that includes 3-point ace [player_tooltip player_id='2710256' first='Jack' last='Quinn'], athletic combo-guard Kasheem Bronzell, and hybrid forward [player_tooltip player_id='2563321' first='Toby' last='Hartman']. We are expecting a breakout live period from the athletic and multi-skilled Bronzell. The Lions also added high level transfers [player_tooltip player_id='2364682' first='Kiyen' last='Alexander'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2384373' first='DJ' last='Jones']. Last year Alexander played for St. Elizabeth's in Delaware and was ranked as one of the top 2027 prospects in the state. Jones spent the 2024-25 season at Sanford High School in Delaware. He was the No. 6 ranked 2027 prospect in Delaware. As a bonus, the O'Hara roster boasts incoming freshman [player_tooltip player_id='2812229' first='Dylan' last='Jones'] who is a 6'6” prospect with tremendous upside. Sewickley Academy's roster features a pair of immensely talented power forwards in [player_tooltip player_id='2809891' first='Mamadou' last='Kane'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2809899' first='Adam' last='Ikamba']. Both bigs are athletic and quick prospects with non-stop motors who can simply dominate the interior at both ends of the floor. Operating on the perimeter for Sewickley Academy's will be stock rising shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2516205' first='Jamere' last='James Guyton'].
