Jerome Jackson Sequeira isn't a guy you want to go against on the inside. He uses his frame and instincts to cut off attackers, and from there he can disrupt their shot or force them to give it up. Sequiera also has a few effective moves on offense and can score by laying it up or by hitting close range jumpers. I have a feeling that his stock will rise these next couple of years due to his size, athleticism and feel for the game.

Jamari Ross caught my attention during the high school season with his shot blocking abilities. He has good patience and waits for the right moment to go for the swat. Ross also has some strength, which helps him defend the paint and box out. On offense, Ross scores a majority of his buckets on the inside, and he's been improving his jumper this offseason.

Also a gridiron star, Brayden WIlson, has the size needed to prevent the man he's guarding from gaining inside position in the paint. Wilson also battles for boards, and wins a good amount of them due to his physicality. When it comes to his offense, Wilson can overpower defenders and finish through contact.

[player_tooltip player_id='2449971' first='Jae' last='Houston'] is a strong defender due to his length, athleticism, and instincts. He has a good feel for when his opponents are trying to go up with it, which allows him to swat shots. Houston can also get his long arms in passing lanes, and is capable of pushing the ball in transition if he collects a steal.

[player_tooltip player_id='2819162' first='Seth' last='Kiel'] recently made his way into the rankings, and his defense is what helped him stand out. He can stay with his man and poke the ball away, and his hands are almost always active. His top defensive performance this past high school was against Trinity International Thunder, where he had 7 steals.
