On Tuesday night Chiles exploded for 25 points during a fantastic three level scoring performance. Chiles knocked down 5 threes on the night, but it was his scoring off the bounce that really impressed. Thanks to his combination of speed and filthy handles, this lefty blew past defenders in the half-court as well as in transition for lay-ins. Chiles finished in close with floaters, reverses, and kisses off the glass. Chiles also used his court vision and live dribble passing to produce a several smooth dimes. How this athletic and multi-skilled guard remains available is a mystery.

Cochran is an elite, multi-skilled guard who is committed to Santa Clara. After his 31 points and 13 rebounds effort on at the Donofrio Classic this week, it easy to see why the Broncos staff recruited Cochran so hard. He could become a program defining prospect. What jumped out about Cochran's latest double-double was the way he relentlessly attacked the hoop. In transition and on half-court possessions, Cochran dropped his head and got to the rack on straight line drives. He finished several of those drives with rim rattling dunks. Cochran kept defenders from sagging off him by draining pull up jumpers and threes. He is an instinctive guard who rarely makes a poor decision.

Harken has played spectacular ball at this year's Donofrio Classic and the 1st Team All-Tournament nod he received was well deserved. This week, the stretch-4 prospect with a gritty edge posted games of 24 points and 6 rebounds as well as 23 points and 7 rebounds. Harken popped threes and mid-range jumpers. He also hit a few runners and worked the offensive glass for buckets. Harken's end-to-end speed is underrated. He scored several buckets by filling a lane in transition and then beating his man down court for lay-in. His ability to convert through fouls or finish with a creative touch was impressive.

Every prospect at the Donofrio Classic can get buckets, but the squads that find success have high school stars willing to adapt their game to fit the team's needs. That sentence perfectly described the role Waters filled for his M-Sport squad this week. On Wednesday night, Waters contributed 14 points and proved that he could generate offense at every level. Still, it was the non-scoring elements of his game that really impressed. Waters was a willing passer who delivered timely dimes to teammates. He also rebounded at both ends of the court. Plus, Waters played tenacious defense which can be a rarity at the Donofrio Classic. His quick lateral movements and active hands enabled Waters to pick pockets. College coaches will love his high IQ and court awareness too.
