On offense, he has some burst. Which allows him to blow by his defender and get to the rim. On defense, he has the vertical to get up block a shot. Or he can pick his opponent's pocket and take it the rest of the way for an easy lay-up. He is a quality shot maker and can score from all 3 levels. I'm a big fan of how under control he is when getting his pull-up jumpers off. Burton isn't just a scorer though. He attacks the basket with no fear and often makes tough shots. His best game of the year came against Pahrump Valley. Cousett poured in 21 points (shooting 8-10). He can bury long range shot if he's not guarded tightly and he has a good looking mid-range shot as well. In addition to his accurate shooting, Mixon knows how to get after on it defense. He averaged 13.7 PPG on Green Valley Christian's varsity team. A majority of his shots were from downtown, and he connected on 75 of his 208 3-Point attempts. Putting him at 35% on the season. His season high was 27 points, which came against Laughlin.
