The 2025 rankings update are here as nearly 300 players are ranked. New prospects are always added to the rankings and this update is no different. Here are the top newcomers from the 2025 rankings update.

Ben Sangare, 7'0 C Patrick School

Sangare is the top newcomer in the list as he checks in at number 14. The 7'0 post uses his strong frame to get position down low and has a good touch around the basket. Sangare finishes strong above the rim and can draw contact around the basket. He swats a ton of shots around the basket and skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor. Sangare is a physical post prospect whose ability to impact the game at both ends of the floor will help him get minutes at the next level.

[player_tooltip player_id='1273900' first='Teron' last='Murray'], 6'3 CG Covenant College Prep

Murray had a strong prep season for Covenant College Prep with his ability to make plays at both ends of the floor. The 6'3 guard has a smooth release on his jumper and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Murray is more than just a shooter as he can also get to the rim off the bounce and finishes strong above the basket. He has the length to defend multiple positions and moves well without the ball in his hands. Murray is a 3-and-D prospect who is one of the more intriguing available prospects in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763403' first='Mehki' last='Carter'], SG Lenape

Carter led the Indians throughout the season as he helped them repeat as sectional champions. He uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and can finish through contact in the paint. Carter is more than just a slasher as he has a good release on his jumper and sets his feet before he shoots. He is a solid rebounder and moves his feet on the defensive end. Carter is a hard-working guard prospect whose ability to make plays at both ends of the floor will help him see the floor early during his collegiate career.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763424' first='Markeis' last='Isley-Monroe'], 6'6 PF Dickinson

Isley-Monroe was one of the more versatile prospects in the 2025 class as he put up over 400 points, 300 rebounds and 100 assists. The 6'6 forward has a good touch around the basket and can put the ball on the floor. Isley-Monroe uses his size to see over his defender and has a high release on his free throws. He rips down rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make an impact on the defensive end. Isley-Monroe is a versatile forward prospect who was a mismatch in the paint for opponents all season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2763389' first='Lukas' last='Sloane'], 6'3 SG Colts Neck

Sloane was crucial for the Cougars down the stretch as he led them to their first ever state title. The 6'3 lefty attacked the basket with a purpose as he finished strong around the rim and was unafraid of contact. Sloane can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He rarely got rattled by on-ball pressure and slid his feet on the defensive end. Sloane came up clutch for Colts Neck throughout the season as he was able to make big plays when the Cougars needed it most.

Other Prospects to Know:

[player_tooltip player_id='2763431' first='Jayden' last='Ayala'], 6'3 SF Weehawken

[player_tooltip player_id='2763426' first='Jeremy' last='Polanco'], 5'11 PG Dickinson

[player_tooltip player_id='2763435' first='Dasir' last='Williams-Bey'], 6'2 SG Kingsway

[player_tooltip player_id='2763417' first='Kaedon' last='Harper-Myricks'], SG Eastern

[player_tooltip player_id='2812472' first='Bryce' last='Belcher'], 6'3 SF Colts Neck
