2027’s All the Rage on the Big Stage

More teams went on deeper runs for one of two reasons. 1) Basketball has really improved across the city. 2) UIL chose to put in place Div 1 and Div 2 divisions. I choose option 3) a combination of both. Every great shooter needs a counterattack, Wyatt will get in scoring position, draw double team and pass to cutting teammate. Josiah dropped 33 points in a first-round matchup leading his team to victory. The next round against Vandergrift, scored a single point, foul trouble and face guarding the team fell behind quickly. Josiah steadied the ship, keep the team poised and helped lead the team to victory. Playing alongside a roster full of college prospects, Jacob never failed to deliver. Strong defensive prowess was/is a calling card that he utilized to remain on the floor. Didn't matter if it was in The Noble Classic or District games in San Antonio, Padilla was always ready.
