March 15th-16th I attended the Attitude of Gratitude High Academic Camp. There were exactly 60 campers with 6 full teams.

It was a unique experience for the campers since actual college coaches were the camp coaches of the 6 teams. A bunch of new players were at the camp and the players that shined had the college coaches talking to them after the games.

One of the better performers of the weekend had the college coaches looking at him. He scores with catch threes, alley-oops, downhill takes with his left hand, he takes long strides to get downhill, he will pull-up from the three and he is a sneaky good passer. He will lock up his opponents using his long wingspan and athleticism.

[player_tooltip player_id='2553902' first='Donte' last='Williams'] Phhoenix Prep

A high motored wing forward was literally dunking everything. He was way more physical then everyone on the court on day two of the camp. He scores with offensive rebound put backs, drive by's with his left or right hand and he is tougher then most inside. He fights with anyone and can face up and shoot it.

A big bodied wing forward is a three level scorer. He will dunk it on the break and shoot it from mid to the three. He is a very good passer with either hand perfectly in stride to his teammates. He is a strong rebounder with his next level frame and takes contact better then most.

Ethan Chung PF 6'6 2026 Punahua/HI

A face-up power forward is fluid and highly skilled. He plays like a bigger wing and will rattle in threes off the catch. He can do the one-two dribble into a mid-range jumper. He moves without the ball and plays with a high IQ for the game. He plays with a motor to rebound and he has a sneaky quick second jump to corral the ball.

[player_tooltip player_id='2506427' first='Javani' last='Jones'] Valley Vista

[player_tooltip player_id='2767170' first='Brody' last='Johnson'] Phhoenix Prep

A shooting guard is a natural scorer. He is a good shooter from mid to the three point line. He has a very high arc with his three point stroke and he is sneaky athletic. He rebounds well in his area.

He will score with layups, quick moves to the basket thru some contact and he is a capable three point shooter. He has quicker feet and hands to defend on the ball.

Rex Adcock PG Summit/CO

A two-way defensive minded point guard who does a lot of the little things. He will score with the three off the catch, score on put backs and defend. He will collect steals in bunches as he is very good in the passing lanes. He will block shots and plays hard on every possession.
