Coats is at his best when he gets downhill with the ball in his hands. He can maneuver around defenders and finish at the rim as well as make plays for his teammates. Coats is ultra shifty with the ball in his hands and has terrific body control while in motion.

I went to see Hartland play this season and Morrish did more than impress. He went toe to toe with some elite underclassmen talent. Morrish showed that he's a long a long and versatile guard. He was comfortable and able to be relied upon as a primary ball handler and passer, but could play off the ball just as effectively. He utilized his length shooting over the top of defenders, especially in the mid range.

Kurncz simply does not look like a sophomore when he plays the game of basketball. He has very deep range on his jumper, but seems to know when and where to use it. Better yet, Kurncz works hard off the ball as well. He cuts hard to the rim staying pass ready and makes the defense work at all times.

[player_tooltip player_id='2434791' first='Eli' last='Caid'] is a player to keep an eye on in the sophomore class. He has the ability to shoot and connect from deep and I'm sure he'll continue to work and keep that jumper as a big time asset. I like Caid's anticipation and reaction time on the defensive end. He can jump a pass and get a deflection or steal.

Fruytjer is a name to remember in the class of 2027. I like what he offers as far as upside as a sophomore. I believe that Fruytjer could make huge gains in his game over the next year. He's done a nice job getting buckets on JV this year. As he gains strength and experience, it can and will be fun to see where he takes his game.
