The first week of November is almost done, meaning the high school basketball season is almost here. The Big North is one of the top conferences in the state and is full of talent that will make noise this season, especially in the 2025 class.

[player_tooltip player_id='1483440' first='Declan' last='Wucherpfennig'], 6'7 SF Bergen Catholic

Wucherpfennig was a Third Team All-State performer last season and is looking to make an All-State team again this season. The Fairfield commit has a good face-up game as he can put the ball on the floor and finishes with authority above the rim. Wucherpfennig has a high release on his jumper and rarely forces jumpers in the halfcourt. He skies for rebounds on both ends of the floor and uses his athleticism to make plays on the defensive end. Wucherpfennig is a skilled forward prospect who should put up big numbers throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1411403' first='Brady' last='Loughlin'], 6'5 SG Don Bosco Prep

Loughlin is one of the top shooters in the state and will put it on display this season. The Brown commit has a smooth release on his jumper and can knock down triples in bunches. Loughlin can also put the ball on the floor and finishes nicely around the basket. He slides his feet on the defensive end and is an underrated passer. Loughlin will be the go-to guy for the Ironmen this season and has the potential to make an All-State team this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='2339156' first='Lucas' last='Dipasupil'], 5'10 PG Northern Highlands

Dipasupil put up big numbers in his junior campaign and will look to carry it over into his senior season. The 5'10 guard has a clean shooting stroke and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Dipasupil has a nice touch on his floater and is able to draw contact in the paint. He can find his open teammates in the halfcourt and is an underrated defender. Dipasupil is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should torch the nets from distance this season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1411405' first='Johnny' last='Jackson'], 5'11 PG Ridgewood

Jackson has been a big part of the Maroons' offense over the past three seasons and should do so again in 2024-25. The 5'11 guard has a quick release on his jumper and buries jumpers from behind the arc in groups. Jackson can also play off the ball as he knows how to free himself for open jumpers behind the arc. He is a solid passer and plays with good instincts on the defensive end. Jackson's ability to torch the nets from distance is something that will help his stock throughout the course of the season.

[player_tooltip player_id='1411628' first='Jahmir' last='Joseph'], 5'11 PG St. Joseph (Mont.)

Joseph's collegiate future is on the gridiron, but he makes plays on the hardwood as well. The Penn State football commit attacks the basket with a purpose as he finishes strong around the rim and is unafraid of drawing contact. Joseph can also score in the mid-range and rarely forces shots in the halfcourt. He is a good rebounder and works hard on the defensive end. Joseph is a gritty guard prospect who will make plays at both ends of the floor throughout the course of the season.
