Potential Junior Stock-Risers from The Expo

The 2026 class was well-represented at The Expo, with several juniors showcasing their talent and potential. From high-IQ playmakers to versatile forwards, these players stood out for their potential this winter and beyond. Here's a closer look at some rising stars looking for breakout seasons.    The lefty guard Rowley is a solid driving threat and playmaker. He's great in transition, able to collect rebounds and get ahead of the defense for layups. He's a shifty ball handler and creative finisher. Rowley is also a willing playmaker with good vision and feel for the game.     Willits is a skilled and athletic stretch forward who isn't afraid of contact. He's a strong, athletic driver who initiates contact and finishes around the rim. He's comfortable stretching the floor and knocks down open jumpers. Defensively, Willits' length allows him to be a solid rim protector and guard multiple positions.     Sallee works hard and plays smart, efficient basketball. He moves well without the ball and has good awareness of offense. Sallee is comfortable playing on the wing or posting up smaller defenders. He scored most of his points this weekend inside the paint. He generated second-chance points and has nice touch around the rim.     Lattimore's ceiling might be one of the highest of the juniors at The Expo. Lattimore has good size for a guard and showed a solid jump shot and ball handle. Where Lattimore got his best looks was in the paint. He's a good offensive rebounder and is great at finishing second and third chances. Something that impressed me about Lattimore was his communication and consistent effort. He was willing to do the little things and put his body on the line for his team.     Dyer is a quick slasher and playmaker who can bring it on both ends. He's quick and plays solid defense, capable of pressuring other guards into making mistakes. Offensively, he's a quick driver and is good at finding the open man. He's also a creative finisher around bigger defenders. Dyer also showed off a solid catch-and-shoot jump shot and great handle.     Yegge played a few solid games and showed his abilities as a scorer and athlete. He's a solid shooter with a high release. Yegge also got a lot of good looks inside off of strong drives or offensive rebounds. He's active on both ends, getting rebounds and steals, and is quick in transition.     James is a good shooter and playmaker, who was a solid secondary ball handler and 3-and-D threat for his team. James has a consistent jump shot and is a good catch-and-shooter. He also has good vision with the ball and is a willing passer. He showed that he should be a trusted decision-maker in an organized offense.
