Coach Todd Deschane guided West De Pere to a 16-9 mark a year ago and will work with his five returning starters in an effort to better that mark this time around. Seymour -- Seymour might be the team of the future in the Bay Conference as the roster for coach Bobby Kuchta is loaded with young talent. Xavier -- The Hawks own a state-best average of 21.3 victories over the past 13 seasons and have won 10 league titles during that time span. Xavier goes after its fifth straight Bay crown with a young team as all five starters from a 24-3 squad graduated last spring. Senior [player_tooltip player_id='2398588' first='Luke' last='Oelhafen'] (6-3, 6.4 ppg, 4.6 rpg) did start some games a year ago and is the top returning player for the Hawks along with talented sophomore guard [player_tooltip player_id='2434543' first='Logan' last='Ramczyk'] (6-2, 7.0 ppg). Ramczyk recently picked up a NCAA Division II scholarship offer from Northern Michigan. 4. New London -- The Bulldogs have proven to be a tough out the past few seasons as coach Zach Molner has done an outstanding job of building a strong program. New London went 16-9 a year ago, but lost four starters to graduation. The lone returnee, however, is a very good one as junior forward [player_tooltip player_id='1561965' first='Joseph' last='Daly'] (6-6, 15.5 ppg, 7.2 rpg) ranks among the most talented and versatile players in the Bay. Menasha -- The Bluejays enter the campaign with a lot of questions.
