It was a super busy summer for our Prep Hoops staff being on the road for events every week all June and July. We take a look back at the best perimeter shooters in the events we covered here in Summer Top 2025 Shot Makers Pt 1!

[player_tooltip player_id='2464538' first='Zach' last='Winkeler'] (Belleville Althoff)

Winkeler emerged with a strong showing for Althoff at the Blue Storm Tournament where in made five threes leading his team to a win over Belleville West.

[player_tooltip player_id='1766471' first='Arlandis' last='Brown'] (East St. Louis)

Brown is a three level scorer that has a feathery touch on his jumper pulling up in the mid-range and from three. Did it all June and July!

[player_tooltip player_id='2538938' first='Jaxon' last='Brunaugh'] (Jersey)

This 6'2” shooting guard showed well at the Blue Storm Tournament with his three point shot making.

[player_tooltip player_id='2387585' first='Hunter' last='Webb'] (Vienna)

Webb took it to another level at the Pure Sweat June Combine where he rained in three after three along with crisp mid-range pull ups.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385299' first='Ian' last='Miletic'] (Rolling Meadows)

Miletic is a Marquette commit who was playing free and easy all summer after his commitment and that included banging in threes over and over again.

[player_tooltip player_id='2538944' first='Alex' last='Kriser'] (Highland Park)

Krister lit it up from distance for Highland Park vs Lyons at the Ridgewood Live Event.

[player_tooltip player_id='1545124' first='Damajay' last='Richardson'] (Whitney Young)

Richardson is a strong bodied combo guard who was feeling it from three against Lake Forest at Ridgewood.

Hudson Scroggins (Lake Forest)

Scroggins was one of the best big men shooters we saw all summer. Lefty can hit off the catch and pulling up one dribble pull ups with ease.

[player_tooltip player_id='1550741' first='Jacob' last='Rice'] (St. Laurence)

Rice looked very comfortable with his St. Laurence squad after a year at prep school. One of the better pure shooters off the catch and from mid-range in the class.

[player_tooltip player_id='2442145' first='Ian' last='Polonowski'] (Lyons)

Whether it was with LT or [program_tooltip program_id='2078374' first='Full' last='Package'] this forward can absolutely not miss from three. He has such a fluid release and it consistently goes in. Put on some epic shows!

[player_tooltip player_id='1766506' first='Leshawn' last='Stowers'] (Peoria)

Stowers had a breakout month of June. He established himself as a legit top 10 player in the class with a big reason being his ability to shoot it off the bounce from two and three.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385306' first='Colby' last='Smith'] (New Trier)

Smith shot it about as well as we have ever seen him at Ridgewood. The crafty guard was hitting triples consistently.

[player_tooltip player_id='1385287' first='EJ' last='Breland'] (St. Patrick)

Breland shot it well from the perimeter both stopping and popping from mid-range along with bombing in deep threes with a lot of arc on the shot.
