-Magwood served as instant offense for a very good Loaded VA 17u squad that is talented but can go cold offensively for a few possessions. Magwood's skillset as a downhill driver, 3 point shooter, and lob-passer OR finisher makes him a key cog in the machine. Took better shots down the stretch and got to the rim to finish through contact twice to close out a marquee matchup with Compton Magic on Sunday in Loaded's final game of the week. Playing with two very talented frontcourt teammates, Magwood needs to improve his timing as an off-ball cutter that shifts the defense and gives him easy looks at the rim to open up some of the perimeter scoring touch that he uses to close out games for Loaded.

- Playing up with 17u, Arenas' pace and IQ allows him to score it well from all 3 levels while also getting some easy ones at the FT line. He scored it in a variety of ways against a slew of different defenders: bump n fade runner off glass, floater off 2 after the jump stop, double cross into the sidestep 3, snaked a wing ball screen to hit the 3 while drawing the foul, step through euro in traffic around 3 defenders. The advanced offensive skillset, positional size, and pace allowed him to get to his spots without possessing a ton of burst or vert. The way he reads the floor before the catch allows him to get right into his moves to take advantage of hard closeouts or to raise up for the jumper on late closeouts. Bright future ahead

-Finished with 16p in an early morning matchup with Indiana Elite on Sunday. Haustveit showed his burst off the bounce, beating slow closeouts and finishing with extension finishes at the rim in the 1H which opened up some of the perimeter work in the 2H. A physical guard that doesn't shy away from contact, he was creating open lanes to the rim for rollers with his driving angles off of ball screens and zipping passes to convert the read. Love his toughness, intensity and IQ each time that I watched him play--which was especially impressive for an early morning Sunday game that most of the players slept-walked through.

-Explosive PG that can succeed on or off the ball as a shooter, driver, and defender. Williamson popped in the first half as an off-ball shooter that stepped in to calmly drill three straight 3s in the 1H but didn't settle for the outside shot even though it was falling, still worked the ball into the paint and made the right read to skip or dump off to the big. Read his matchup well defensively to beat him to the spot and wall up to force dribble pickups, jumped into passing lanes, dug down on the bigs without fouling-- liked his ability to impact the game on both ends

-Anderson impressed as a stretch forward that didn't mind mixing it up in the paint but can really shoot it from beyond the arc. Anderson worked hard to grab boards in traffic and finished with spinning hooks with either hand to score among the NW bigs. Decent athlete, timed his cuts well, competed defensively, and didn't need the ball in his hands much to be successful. Intriguing stretch 3/4 prospect to keep tabs on in the 2026 class

-Shaw displayed his versatility as a wing that can hit shots, make the extra pass, defend, and finish plays in transition. Standing 6'7 with good off-ball instincts, he made the right read as a connector for Compton Magic playing off of the guards as a cutter, passer, and shooter. Battled some foul trouble in the 2H and needs to continue working hard on the offensive glass to create looks at the basket to get him back into an offensive rhythm-- but there is plenty of upside to like here.
