Team USA made their final cuts and there are 3 Utah players that we can claim on the team. There would have been 3 but [player_tooltip player_id='1532052' first='Isiah' last='Harwell'] is nursing an injury. Let's take a look at the two players that made the roster as they travel to turkey on Sunday to represent team USA and Utah.

I spoke to JJ this afternoon and he is thrilled to be back on the squad as 1 of 2 PG's that were selected to the national team. With only 4 new players on the roster JJ is a true PG that gets the ball to where it needs to be and he also plays with speed and elite court vision. JJ is one of the team favorites because he is the one that will be dishing the ball to these elite players. JJ has really elevated his game after last years run that took place in Mexico. This year JJ will bring some more polished deep ball shooting and he will also add some bounce to his attacks. Mandaquit has been offered by a lot of D1's including the local future pro factory in BYU. It will be exciting to root on JJ and the roster as the native Hawaiian that hails from the big island will also represent Utah as he plays for Utah Prep.

Not only is the #1 player in the country on the USA team but the #1 player in the country will also be claimed by Utah as he will anchor the team with his high flying and elite shooting that in ways reminds a lot of people of Kevin Durant and his game. You can also comp him with some T-Mac as well. Dybansta will not only wow you on the offense end of the basket but he will also play defense as he is the best two way player in the country heading into his senior year. He will have the pick of the liter when it comes to choosing a college.

County has been one of the fastest risers in the country and he is still going to continue to move the needle because he has really taken to that CG position. He has been able to serve as a PG when needed and he is a PG that can put his head down and score but he also has good vision and knows how to get others involved. His shooting has improved over the years and his ability to play above teh rim is always on display. County has opted to stay in the area rather than move down to Southern Utah with the Utah Prep relocation and he will attend Wasatch Academy. This is greta for both parties as he will improve against elite competition and WA will get another guard that can do it all.

Felesi is as good as they get and his measurable's are just off the charts. His ability to get in the open floor and fly are often seen and he is just a talented 2 guard. He is a legit 6'6 and has a 6'9 wingspan. He can cover ground defending and he can cover ground quickly off the bounce. He has had a great spring with Vegas Elite and look for him to continue to get a good run in this summer. He will be in attendance in Section 7.
