Prep Hoops Lead Scout

Fraser, a big man out of the Eaglebrook School in Massachusetts, makes his first appearance in the rankings at #26 overall. Fraser, who plays his travel ball for the PSA Cardinals, was one of the inaugural Nike Jr. EYBL Elite One Hundred this past summer, announcing his presence on the grassroots scene not just in New England, but also nationally. He catches the eye immediately with his 6’8″ frame, standing out among his peers with his sheer size, but also shows the ability to impact games with his motor and skill. He does a terrific job of blocking shots without fouling, runs the floor hard in transition, and continues to improve his ability to finish through contact around the rim. His ceiling is incredibly high and he should be a really fun prospect to watch progress over the next four years.
