The 6'8" forward has soft touch out to the three point line on his jumper, can score over size in the mid-range, and does a nice job of using his strength to finish around the rim. More impressively, his motor is always running and he willingly gives up his body for loose balls. He knows how to play angles, competes on the glass, and does a nice job of walling up in the paint without fouling.

Finlayson, forward out of the St. George's School in Rhode Island, intrigues with his combination of a physically advanced frame, strong two-way motor, and budding skillset. The 6'6" wing is at his best in the open floor, where he's a tough cover when he gets going downhill. He continues to assert himself on the glass, can defend up and down a lineup with his mobility and strength, and isn't afraid to attack slower footed defenders off the bounce. His physical traits make him really good right now, but it's his long-term development that intrigues at the highest levels of college basketball.

Kuqo, a forward out of the Newman School in Massachusetts, burst onto the scene this summer while playing for the Middlesex Magic and continued to show out at the showcase. At 6'10", he has a big frame which allows him to take over games around the rim. He can operate as a roller or pop guy out of screens, shows soft touch on his shot, and has a variety of finishing moves around the rim. On the other end, he delivers timely outlet passes off of his rebounds, knows how to play angles when defending screens, and can really mix it up on the glass.

Fraser, a forward out of the Loomis Chaffee School in Connecticut, is one of the more intriguing long plays in New England right now. A legit 6'9" forward, he already has a physically advanced frame and has shown signs of playing harder for long stretches of time. He can score with his back to the basket, finds soft spots when rolling out of screens, and has developed touch on his jump hooks. He's at his best defensively where he uses his length and vertical athleticism to deter shots at the rim and to be competitive with anyone on the glass.

Howard, a wing out of Thayer Academy in Massachusetts, will have the opportunity to make a big impact on the court this winter. He's got terrific positional size, plus length, and a great feel for the game with the ball in his hands. He's a multi-level scorer that has a nice release on his jumper and does a good job of moving without the basketball. On the other end, he can guard up and down a position, is active on the glass, and uses his length to be disruptive in passing lanes. It's incedibly early in his development, but he has the chance to be one of the top players in this class when it's all said and done.

Next up in our NEPSAC Showcase Standouts series, we'll take a look at some of the most versatile prospects in attendance!

After a bit of a delay, we're aiming to wrap up coverage of the NEPSAC Showcase this week with a few more standouts.
