The action continued all day in Romeoville. Here are my standouts from the afternoon session at Prep Hoops Live!

[player_tooltip player_id='1598786' first='Willie' last='Felton'] 2025 1 Dream (Bishop McNamara)

Probably the biggest eye-opening player for me. Willie is an exciting guard who combined his slick handles with several different ways of finishing up plays at the rim. Felton also provided some flashy passing while on fastbreaks. He is one to track going forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='2415816' first='Jahkil' last='Jackson'] 2025 Ayo Dos Elite (Curie)

Jackson has been scoring with consistency this weekend. Scott mentioned him in Friday's Notebook and Saturday afternoon was no different. He hit several threes from the top of the key and the wing. When teams jammed him up he got to his mid-range jumper and knocked it down. Jahkil had a smooth game that got him some looks from college coaches.

Keegan Van Kauwenberg 2025 Wisconsin Crusaders

What would a Prep Hoops event be without the lights-out shooting from Keegan? He has been a constant name in our reports for the past two years. He was again lights out from the mid-range with his signature over the should step back fade. From three he gets his shot off with guys closing out hard and most of the time his shot is all net. He's a sure D2 prospect with some low D1s also watching.

Trisiah Edwards 2025 Team Ramey

Edwards is a lefty guard who has shifty handles to break guys down. He was good at getting to his spot to score some tough baskets. He's a three-tier scorer who made his fair share against Ayo Dos Elite. Trisiah is also a dynamic passer who keeps defenders guessing when driving to the cup.

Dillion Dell 2025 Lockdown (Hinsdale Central)

Dell had a strong first-half performance against 1 Dream. He was able to space himself multiple times on the perimeter to nail 4 threes. At 6'3 he has good size and release on his shot. Dillion should be a contributor to a solid Hinsdale Central squad.

[player_tooltip player_id='2422793' first='Fabian' last='Rudd'] 2025 Ayo Dos Elite (Carmel Catholic)

Rudd at 6'5 is a physically imposing player who showed his athleticism several times in the matchup against Team Ramey. Fabian is quick off his feet. So having good hands and a strong upper body stuck fear in the opposing team when he connected on his dunk attempts. He's still raw as a back-to-the-basket player but he was near-perfect on most of his dunks. Several coaches marked him on their recruit list.

Logan Steffensmeier 2025 Wisconsin Crusaders

Logan is an elite athlete at 6'7. He had an amazing performance blocking several shots and finishing several strong dunks on fastbreaks.

Jaivian Richardson 2028 Ayo Dos Elite (Kenwood)

Richardson is the small guard who playing up 3 levels from his grade. He surprised many watching as he nailed several threes in a winning performance for Ayo Dos Elite. Jaivian is another guard to add to what's shaping out to be a really strong class of 2028 incoming freshmen.
