Intro: Brandon Lieb (2020)
Brandon Lieb is a 2020 big man from Deerfield who played on the circuit this past summer with the Illinois Wolves 15U. He has legit size and length to play the five at the college level. Lieb runs the floor extremely well for his size showing great mobility. He finishes strong around the hoop. Like his ability to score with his back to the basket. Defensively flashes shot blocking potential.
Lieb played at the PrepHoopsIllinois Top 250 Expo where he performed very well.
“I think it was pretty good. The skill work was a lot of good one on one and two on two attacking the basket. I thought I did pretty well on the offensive glass and finish at the rim. I think I need to continue to work on my ball handling. That was good that we worked on that in the skills portion.”
He broke down his game.
“I am mostly down low and like to play in the post. Outside I screen and roll and going to the basket. I get on the offensive glass. I like to stay down there and play above the rim.”
Not much going on with recruiting at this stage, but look for the sophomore to have a huge season.
