20 points vs Huron has a super quick release with great range to go with it. Plays smartly and intensely on the offensive end of the floor. Liked his low quick crossover to beat defenders and get them off balance. Must find him in transition or its gonna be trouble as he locates open areas quickly. Made several tough shots for his team in key spots of his game.

Carter has a great looking shot. He does very good job of finding the open passing lane when a teammate drives, has his feet set and punches his ticket from 3 often. Buisker uses his length to get deflections well off the ball. I expect his offense to impact the Arrows success this season.

Carter is one of the best three-point shooters in AA basketball. A smooth-moving athlete and a smooth offensive skill set with the ability to shoot the ball cleanly from deep range. I think he becomes a productive varsity player.
