I really liked the versatility that Carter displayed for Heiser Skills Academy 15u. Standing at 6’5 he can play just about every spot on the floor at the 15u level. He spent some time running the point, he could slash from the wing, and at 6’5 was often tasked with guarding opposing bigs. Carter did a great job of cutting without the ball to create some good looks at the rim, showcasing the body control to hang in the air and absorb contact to finish. His versatility at 6’5 has helped his team get off to a 2-1 start to their weekend heading into their final game on Sunday.

Carter’s on-ball defensive ability and bend at 6’4” was impressive. He can get in a low and comfortable defensive stance that is optimal for lateral movement. Moves very well defensively. Gets on the boards with supreme 14U length. Showed to be an effective passer up the court to teammates. Delivered with accuracy.
