The Championship Day at Julian was pretty special as several players stepped their game up on the final day of the competition. Here are the best players from the final day of the Julian Holiday Tournament.

Jakari Dismukes - UP Bronzeville 2025

Dismukes played well in the championship game. He moved well off the ball scoring early with transition baskets and later hit several shots from mid-range and three. Jakari's quick handles and size let him get to spots bigger guards might struggle with. He also was terrific on defense getting his hands on some steals that also led to points. He finished with a game-high 23 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2318151' first='David' last='Thomas']- Richards Career Academy 2024

David is one of the most fluid scoring wings in the city and he did his best in the championship game to keep his team close. Thomas found his team down again for the third straight game and he went into scoring mode. David uses his natural ability and length to score from all three levels. He gets to the rim and takes a bump sometimes two and finishes for free throws. He led the team with 20 in the loss.

Latorres Robinson - Johnson Prep 2025

Robinson no doubt is the player with the highest motor in the tournament. He's a ball hawk and he gets so many steals by not quitting on plays. Latorres made several layups in transition after getting steals. He's very good at speeding other teams up because he is just so fast from side to side. In half-court sets, he did most of his scoring from the corners knocking down three after three. In what would be a blowout victory Robinson led his team with 18 points and 5 assists.

Alonte Reynolds - Ogden 2024

Alonte has been consistent all week. The senior guard has been a 20+ scorer in every game this tournament. He's so smooth getting downhill to the rim with shifty handles and an array of ways to score over defenders. Reynolds sets the tone of the whole game with his pace, he sees what is given and attacks the proper way. He had 23 points in a victory over Holy Trinity.

[player_tooltip player_id='2323613' first='Demarco' last='King'] - King 2027

What I learned about Demarco this week is how composed he is as a scorer and facilitator. King didn't shoot many threes in the third-place game. He's very court savvy and is known to get to his spots on the court and nail a jumper. He's very smooth off-ball screens and does an exceptional job at finding players when they are open. Demarco scored 15 points in a win before going down with an ankle injury.
