#1 Corner Canyon High School
Corner Canyon is once again loaded with talent. A few months ago they might have been a team that was lacking some depth and height but now with a few new move-in’s they have added what they needed to start the year at #1. They will be led by USC commit and 5-star prospect Brody Kozlowski Brody Kozlowski 6'8" | SF Corner Canyon | 2024 State #103 Nation UT who will be able to play forward now and not the have to defend too much as a center. Then with Derelle Desire now at Center he provides big time rim protection and interior scoring. Bryton Valdes Bryton Valdes 5'10" | PG Corner Canyon | 2025 State UT gives them a true PG that is scrappy and fast. He does not get enough credit for how he can defend on the ball either. Noah Bendinger Noah Bendinger 6'4" | CG Corner Canyon | 2025 State UT provides shooting and ball handling. The you have Taylor Feroah Taylor Feroah 6'7" | SG Corner Canyon | 2024 State UT who is shooting the ball really well and he has size. Tyler Mortensen Tyler Mortensen 6'3" | CG Corner Canyon | 2026 State UT is developing well and this team is built to play any style of ball and they have a lot of length.
#2 American Fork High School
AF could have easily been #1 but we start them at two. They have also improved with a few move ins. You have the size and shooting of Reece Dent Reece Dent 6'8" | SF American Fork | 2024 State UT , and the shooting of Diego Mulford Diego Mulford 5'10" | PG American Fork | 2024 State UT . Both players can stretch the floor. Then you have Tiger Cuff Tiger Cuff 6'4" | CG American Fork | 2024 State UT who is on the rise with his all-around play. Blake Rawson Blake Rawson 6'8" | PF American Fork | 2024 State UT is one of the toughest players at PF that you can have. A few new names will emerge but keep an eye on Jax Clar. He is a wing with good size.
#3 Lone Peak High School
Lone Peak is really good with a lot of shooting and They have a really good big in Chamberlain Burgess Chamberlain Burgess 6'9" | PF Lone Peak | 2025 State #214 Nation UT a player that is an automatic double-double. Kid does some good things on both ends of the ball. Ike Staley Ike Staley 6'6" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT is one of the best shooting wings in the state in the Class of 2025. They have also added Austin Simon Austin Simon 6'1" | PG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT a savvy PG and a new kid from out of state in Cole Caton Cole Caton 6'0" | PG Lone Peak | 2026 State UT . A move in Ty Cogswell adds depth and height. Austin Pay Austin Pay 6'8" | PF Lone Peak | 2025 UT is a big time football recruit who can defend and rebound. Look out for Jackson Taylor Jackson Taylor 6'2" | SG Lone Peak | 2025 State UT , the kid can shoot the rock.
#4 Lehi High School
One of the most intriguing teams in 6A as they have a lot of players that are 6’4 across the board and they all have similar abilities. Grayson Brousseau Grayson Brousseau 6'6" | PF Lehi | 2024 State UT is one of the best communicating SF in the state as he is a high IQ guy. Cooper Lewis Cooper Lewis 6'1" | PG Lehi | 2024 State UT can score and run a team very well. The emergance of Gabe Cowan Gabe Cowan 6'4" | CG Lehi | 2024 State UT will catch people by surprise. Easton Hawkins Easton Hawkins 6'4" | CG Lehi | 2025 State UT is one of the Class of 2025’s best kept secrets. This team has a shot to really make a run.
#5 Layton High School
NOBODY is sleeping on Layton, especially with the year that Mekhi Martin Mekhi Martin 6'2" | PG Layton | 2024 State UT had last year. this could be another year that you see the bulldog PG take his game to an even higher level. KJ Miller KJ Miller 6'3" | CG Layton | 2024 State UT is a really talented shooter and these two make a super tough backcourt. Then the big addition is they will have David Katoa David Katoa 6'4" | CG Layton | 2024 State #255 Nation UT coming and playing for his home-town team this year as The RSL Academy team dissolved. With these three guards their ain’t too many teams that have that kind of play. on any team in the state. Sam Romer Sam Romer 6'6" | CG Layton | 2025 State UT has improved and they have some youngsters they can mis in. They start at #5 but they could easily be higher here shortly.
#6 Farmington High School
Farmington is a sleeping giant as they have a stable of guards that they can go too if they need to get a bucket. They also have some trees they can depend on to hang with teams with height. Let’s start with Paul Beattie Paul Beattie 6'9" | PF Farmington | 2024 State UT , the high academic prospect is a two player that will rebound and provide a scoring punch. Ethan Atkinson Ethan Atkinson 6'8" | PF Farmington | 2024 State UT is another player with length that can do a little bit of everything. Drake Darnell Drake Darnell 5'9" | CG Farmington | 2024 State UT is a solid little guard that can move up and down the floor and be impactful at both ends. Jayden Haskell Jayden Haskell 6'3" | CG Farmington | 2024 State UT a player you really need to pay attention to as he is set to have a big year. This Farmington team starts off at #6.
#7 Bingham High School
Might be a shocker for some but if you have seen this squad play you will quickly notice that they can get up and down the floor and they play defense like no other. They will be lead by two guards in Stockton Tueller Stockton Tueller 6'2" | CG Bingham | 2024 State UT and Luke West Luke West 6'2" | SG Bingham | 2026 State UT who both are savvy in their own way. Luke is a big time scorer that can catch and shoot very well and when he is on the move he is tough to stop. Tueller is a play maker with big shot making ability. Rykan Meadows Rykan Meadows 6'9" | C Bingham | 2024 State UT is a solid big with potential that gives them size. Tate Boman Tate Boman 6'2" | CG Bingham | 2024 State UT a move in to the are is a player that can really help this squad spread the floor. They are loaded with hard playing role players as well.
#8 Herriman High School
Herriman has a squad on paper and they will adjust to a new coach but they have an opportunity to sneak up on teams with their new style of play. We have been impressed with the way Ike palmer, Carlo Mulford Carlo Mulford 6'0" | PG Herriman | 2026 State UT and Cale Barclay Cale Barclay 6'8" | PF Herriman | 2025 State UT have been playing. This trio should be much imprved this season. Malcom Johnson Malcom Johnson 6'6" | SF Herriman | 2024 State UT is a game changer as well at the forward position. Stay tuned because this team is a sneaky good team.
#9 Davis High School
Davis is a team that will rely on a few players but there are two in particular that could elevate them for sure and that is Coleman Atwater Coleman Atwater 6'3" | PG Davis | 2025 State UT and Zach Fisher Zach Fisher 6'7" | CG Davis | 2024 State UT . Both had great growth off-seasons and they could really explode this season. The addition of Easton Ralphs Easton Ralphs 6'7" | PF Davis | 2024 State UT provides a lack of height that they have had in the past. Look out for freshman phenom Bode Sparrow Bode Sparrow 6'2" | CG Davis | 2027 State UT .
#10 Weber High School
Weber has a few players that could score the ball and that is why they are at #10. They will be lead by Hunter Schenck Hunter Schenck 6'2" | PG Weber | 2024 State UT and Malachi Spencer Malachi Spencer 6'7" | CG Weber | 2024 State UT . These two will pack a scoring punch and if they can get stops they might be able to win those toss up games.
