Highlights
Junior is bigger, stronger and faster and he is showing that with his handle as he is able to play the PG a bit and he can make a quick move and get by defenders using that quickness and strength. He is getting to the rim with minimal dribbles and he can glide and elevate to the rim. You can see a lot of growth in his defense and his rebounding as he is active on the glass and this past weekend he was able to get the ball and go, which makes for an easier fast break opportunity. This kid is transforming and he has some opportunities to shine this year.
One of the most surprising players out on the floor this past weekend between the three grades that were in attendance. Not only does he have some legit next level size at the 2 but he shoots the ball extremely well and has range. His ability to defend at a high level with some much more room to grow is intriguing. I mean the kid can windmill out there, he shoots the ball well and the kid is a legit two way player with more upside, so he is one big time sleeper. Keep an eye on him.

Kai was a big surprise as well, especially with his ability to play all over the floor. He is not a high volume shooter but he takes some high quality shots, he does not force the issue driving to the basket but he makes some excellent reads and has some solid moves that get him in the lane. He is strong already and can muscle out bigger players, especially when he is crashing the boards. He has a lot of upside and the kid is a stud out on the lacrosse field as well.
Karter looks really mature and his game does as well. He is ahead of the curve with his handle and PG skills and he can also play off the ball as a solid option out on the wing. He is yet to hit a growth spur so we expect a lot more size shortly. He was in his bag and the motor he had was really impressive, because it will allow him to defend.
The top player in New Mexico made the trip and you can see why he is so highly touted as his size and skill is something that truly stood out. He moves will with the ball creating off the bounce and he is sharp out on the perimter without the ball ready to catch and shoot. He is explosoive and he has a quick first step. Jalin knows how to work angles as he changes them and makes it tough to defend him. Footwork is great and he has a lot of upside.
