Here are some of the better scorers that I personally saw:
Sam Rich SG 6’1” 2028 Undecided (Morgan Dawgs)
The long, rangy guard has been on a roll lately, and it continued into this event. He scored consistently on all three levels. Rich put up 20+ points multiple times.
Preston Friend Preston Friend 5'11" | CG Highland | 2027 AZ Highland (East Valley Select)
There might not have been a hotter shooter at the event. Friend put up 30+ points multiple times over the weekend. He did this while shooting a high percentage.
Daylen Holt Daylen Holt 6'2" | PG NM Undecided (D1 New Mexico 2027) (Featured Image)
The shifty guard had stretches that I witnessed where he made buckets on consecutive trips up the court. His mid-range jumper is a thing of beauty and he make some noise once he starts his high school career.
Terrance Byrd Terrance Byrd 6'3" | SF Highland Prep | 2028 AZ Highland Prep ( Team Takeoff Tillman 2027)
Byrd capped an impressive weekend with a 38-point performance. The soon-to-be freshman did this by scoring in a variety of ways. He did it mostly operating from 15-feet in.
Zathan Ruffin Zathan Ruffin 6'4" | SF North Valley Christian Academy | 2027 State AZ NVCA ( Arizona Grind 15U)
The smooth lefty scored effortlessly the entire weekend. He scored in multiple ways and never seemed to force things. He shot it well out to the three-point line.
