The highly anticipated Prep Hoops Nevada Top 250 Expo took place at Canyon Springs High School on September 17th. This event is a basketball enthusiast’s dream, bringing together some of the most promising young talents from across the state. Expect an action-packed day filled with competitive matchups and an opportunity for players to get on the ranking’s radar The event is a platform for prospects to showcase their skills to scouts, and coaches. Here’s a look at our All Expo Team.
MVP:
It was a close battle late into the last game, but Williams had the final big play. Rolling out of P&R action, catching, leaping and hammering home a 2 hand dunk all in one motion.
Highlights
1st Team
Was right up there for camp MVP honors right up until one of the Final plays of the Final game.
Distributed and shot it at a high level in every game.
Had the most stamina of any player. He played hard from start to finish, showing a terrific first step and the ability to finish drives.
Played with combination of skill and toughness. Got to the rim on drives and scored on offensive putbacks.
Highlights
2nd Team:
Long, fluid athlete that just kept playing with effort.
Improved handle rounded out a solid overall game.
Obvious positional size to go along with toughness.
Unstopable getting to his left hand, showed good 1 v 1 ability.
