Take a look at our 2025 Illinois Sleeper PGs/Combos!

[player_tooltip player_id='1385306' first='Colby' last='Smith'] (New Trier)

Current Ranking: #46

Smith got solid minutes as a sophomore on a team that made it to the state final four. This year it is his team at New Trier. The plus passer has an array of weapons he can get involved including a ton of shooters along with using his own crafty game to 2.

[player_tooltip player_id='1766465' first='Ikee' last='Brooks'] (Hansberry)

Current Ranking: #59

Brooks is a speedy guard that sometimes gets overshadowed by his older brother but is a good prospect in his own right. He is at his best with his burst of speed in the open floor. Kid is one of the fastest in the state going coast to coast. Often plays off his defense creating turnovers for points on the other end.

[player_tooltip player_id='1545133' first='Makai' last='Kvamme'] (DePaul Prep)

Current Ranking: #61

Kvamme is a high IQ guard that has an advanced feel for the game. On his high school team he can really get others in the right position to do damage. With his All-In Athletics squad during the season where he is the leader he took it to another level with his scoring ability.

[player_tooltip player_id='2105187' first='Amaree' last='Burries'] (Jacksonville)

Current Ranking: #72

Burries is a long and rangy combo guard from Springfield Lanphier that could be the next in a long line of great guards for coach Blake Turner. Like the tenacity on the defensive end along with the ability to score from multiple levels. He went off against [program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2076910' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2076910' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2076910' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2078449' first='[program_tooltip program_id='2076910' first='Meanstreets' last='']' last='']' last='']' last='']' last='']' last='']' last='']' last=''] at The Last Dance in July.

[player_tooltip player_id='1598658' first='Blake' last='Fagbemi'] (Benet)

Current Ranking: #73

The younger brother of Brayden has next at Benet running the show. Really like his feel for the game and the pace that he plays with. Can run a team in the half court and in transition push the ball up the floor. Crafty scorer that has a knack for getting buckets.

[player_tooltip player_id='1564889' first='Aidan' last='Bardic'] (Stevenson)

Current Ranking: #91

Bardic is such a consistent player. He runs a team with his high level passing. Plays with a ton of savvy for the game and good feel.

[player_tooltip player_id='1545140' first='Drew' last='Barrington'] (Carterville)

Current Ranking: #92

Barrington was the leader of a rock solid [program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'] 16U squad this past summer. Got others involved while really finding a knack for creating his own offense with his jumper and soft touch finishing game.
