There are few prospects left on the board in Indiana with as much intriguing upside as this Terre Haute North forward. At 6’10”, Renn is also very mobile and fluid athletically. He had a couple of big two-hand slams at the event on Sunday, can step out to the perimeter and make catch-and-shoot three-point shots, and has the length to be disruptive at the rim as a defender. It will be interesting to see where he ends up in the coming months.

While Renn’s team didn’t get the win. He still showed a lot of promise as a ball player. On the offensive side of things he scored 6 with 3 lay ups. On one play TN had his team was slightly off on three shots in a row, but he was there for all of the offensive rebounds. But on the defensive end he was causing problems. Always in LN players faces and playing an aggressive style of defense. Always swatting and trying to get blocks at the right time. On one play he got beat and made up the space in time to block the ball, though it was a gaol tend it was still a very impressive play.

Terre Haute North is rolling into the postseason as team to watch for in Class 4A and a big reason to that is because of the man they got down low,

- Offers: None listed
- Player Traits: very long, very lanky, runs floor well, sneaky athletic, can defend the rim, smooth around rim, underrated bounce,
- My Quick Thoughts: Renn is a real intriguing big man prospects and has one of the more unique skillsets at his position in the 2025 class. He needs to add lots more strength, but his length and athleticism make him one of the better bigs we have. There is certainly some potential in him long term.

Renn is an interesting prospect because you could classify him as either a power forward or center but either way, the Terre Haute North prospect needed to be one of my players to watch this summer. He is one of the more lankier post players you will see in the entire state and has really started to become more improved on both ends of the floor. Uses his length well as a rim protecter while also playing with some underrated bounce on the offensive end. He still needs to get stronger, but he has got a chance to breakout this summer.

was a highlight reel at the IndyBall Shootout. Had multiple highlight dunks that brought everyone to their feet and did it with such explosion around the rim. His length caused disruptions on the defensive end as well. If he can get stronger, he is going to be a very dangerous post to go up against. A player that could see his stock really rise this summer.

It is hard to know exactly where to put Renn in the rankings. His production still wasn’t through the roof in his junior season playing for a very well-balanced Terre Haute North squad, but in terms of upside he has Division I potential. Renn is 6’9″, moves around the floor well, and can really shoot it from beyond the arc. Those combination of tools generally end up working out pretty well in the long run. For now, he settles in at #64 in the rankings but could shoot up once against with a big summer.

In terms of upside, this 6’9″ prospect from Terre Haute North has always had plenty of it. However, on Tuesday night, we saw his production match his potential. Renn nailed three three-point shots in the first quarter alone and finished with a team-leading (alongside

) 14 points as the Patriots rolled over Greencastle 81-41. Renn is an agile, athletic forward with true pick-and-pop ability at 6’9″. It is fun watching him come into his own now as a junior. His best basketball is absolutely still well ahead of him.
