PH NorCal has updated the Class of 2024 Rankings. These are some of the players who raised their level of play while we were in attendance. Here at PH NorCal we make every effort to see as many NorCal Prospects as we can throughout the high school season, AAU, Spring, and Summer.

[player_tooltip player_id='1120019' first='Arshawn' last='Salkhi'] 6'3 CG of De La Salle HS

He's a consistent contributor when he steps on the court, not necessarily scoring lots of point. He's been put up top to run, and set the offense in half-court sets. He takes good care of the ball, has vision and solid passing in transition and in half-court. He can move over to the other guard and work the perimeter knocking down timely 3's or driving inside for the paint jumper.

[player_tooltip player_id='1256630' first='Jaden' last='Woodard'] 6'3 G/W of Sheldon HS

We like Woodards aggressive style of play. He often uses his upper body with balance and control to complete the play after driving into the paint. He plays well off two feet. He's improved his ball handling and passing along the perimeter, and he's taking and making 3ptrs on the perimeter. He has the foot speed to guard in the open court, and the strength and toughness to defend and rebound in the paint.

[player_tooltip player_id='1510769' first='Brit' last='Burden'] 6'6 Forward of Piedmont HS

Burden has been steadily progressing since the middle of the high school basketball season. You can see the growth in his game. He's not just using good foot workin the post. He's aggressively looking for his shot, with improved ball handling, he's using a dribble or two to attack from the perimeter, and along the baseline. He hits the free throw, and corner jumper. He seems to be expanding his range out to the 3pt line.

[player_tooltip player_id='1510768' first='Jeremiah' last='Collins'] 6'3 Guard of Pittsburg HS

Collins has steadily improved his overall game, he's a versatile prospect who's already one of the better defenders when he's on the court. At 6'3 he has the toughness to guard bigger players in the post, the speed to defend on the perimeter. He'll mix it up on the boards for rebounds. He's handling more in transition with good passing. He's expanded his range out to the 3pt line, his mid-range goes in. He takes good shots.

[player_tooltip player_id='1253530' first='Jaylen' last='Wheeler'] 6'2 CG of Fremont, Oakland HS

The newly transferred Wheeler leaves powerhouse Salesian Prep and joins a team where he'll be on the court most of the game if not all of it. He's had a good spring running with Rampage 17. He's a quality guard that has shown he can be effective in transition and in half-court with his ball handling and ability to create shots for himself, and others. The combo guard is ready to show himself.

[player_tooltip player_id='1806711' first='Kaia' last='Berridge'] 6'3 Guard of Archbishop Riordan HS

He's shown quality guard play whether it's running the show up top or working off ball. He's a willing passer with the vision to find players. He has a good set of handles and shows patience up top, he has some quickness to break down a defender and work his way into the paint. He has good lateral movement, and quick feet to defend and trap up top.

[player_tooltip player_id='1540017' first='Leo' last='Ricketts'] 5'10 Guard of De La Salle HS

He's had a breakout Spring playing for NBBA UA 17 Rise. He's doing a lot of ball handling up top making sure to take care of the ball and throwing solid crisp passes in transition and in the half-court. He's a good shooter when working off ball spotting up for 3's or coming down in transition. He can pull-up on the dime with his mid-range. He can knocked down a big shot in the crunch.

[player_tooltip player_id='1314344' first='Zander' last='Jimenez'] 6'3 Guard of Salesian College Prep HS

Jimenez is a quality defender who has foot speed, lateral movement, and active hands to defend ball handlers full court. He can stay close and be disruptive to shooters, he'll take charges. This Spring we've seen improved ball handling up top, good finishing moves in transition, and made 3's while we were watching.

[player_tooltip player_id='1383578' first='Nick' last='Corbett'] 6'6 forward of Bellarmine College Prep HS

Corbett does well working in the post, playing with balance, strength, and footwork to get most of his points. Throughout the Spring we've seen expanded range and more speed getting up and down the court. He's hitting short jumpers from the corner and free throw area, he hit a couple of 3's on the perimeter. He rebounds, sets solid screens, and works to defend in the post.

[player_tooltip player_id='1383597' first='Jaiveer' last='Sidhu'] 6'7 Forward of Del Campo HS

We don't see Sidhu until he's playing on the UA Rise Circuit. He has good size, and fundamentals working in the post. He's long with a good set of moves to score in the post, jumpers, jump hooks, and playing off two feet using the backboard, with a soft touch. He's a good passer, and screener. He makes a good effort to defend, and rebound. He'll shoot an open 3.

[player_tooltip player_id='1556506' first='Isaac' last='Johnson'] 6'5 SG/Wing of Pinole Valley HS

Johnson is working a bit under the radar right now. He's had a good Spring playing on the circuit with NBBA UA Rise 17. He's stepped up his intensity level, and looks confident shooting the ball from behind the 3point line. He's playing hard and using his length to rebound and defend. He's running the court in transition.
