Dallas St. Peter, 5’10 PG – Blueprint Basketball Varsity Blue Class of 2025
The floor general fits most nicely at the 1 with his effective orchestration and creative offensive ability. St. Peter creates for himself and others, can score it at each level, and balances it all by keeping everyone engaged unless the moment calls for a big play, then he’ll take it over. Defensively he’s crisp and agile, a smart rotator, and quick to push when the opportunity comes. Dallas is a real game changer.
Cooper McCurley, 5’9 PG – Blueprint Basketball 9th/10th Blue Class of 2026
With his crisp handle and senses at the helm, McCurley has proven to be an effective floor general who can lead units. Cooper is poised under pressure, gets guys into spots, and can create looks for others with his smart passing and anticipation of cutters. Defensively, it’s much the same. Cooper is smart, levelheaded, and leads by example with his effort. Impactful on both ends.
Kole Fotion, 5’10 G – Comets Basketball Club ‘CBC’ 17u – Class of 2026
Lengthy and athletic, Kole is a defensive disruptor. He’s a hawk on the ball, gets in passing lanes, and closes out with nice agility. Then offensively, Fotion can mix it up. He’s a tough slasher and his jumper off the catch is quite efficient. Plus, he’s a smart passer and effective mover off the ball. An utter worker, Kole can make an impact in ways that aren’t always in the box score.
Jack Lafayette, 5’9 G – South Burlington High School Class of 2026
A combo-guard who can facilitate, create, and work off ball, Lafayette has shown adaptability in various roles. With the ball in his hands, he’s a dynamic slasher and pull-up shooter in the short range, plus he can make plays for others. And off the ball, he moves well into space and hits open jumpers. Defensively, he’s agile and anticipatory, whether on the ball or off. Jack is one I’m keeping tabs on.
Freddie Bacon, 5’9 PG – Blueprint Basketball 9th/10th Blue – Class of 2026
Freddie had the starting job at PG over the winter and he showed flashes of brilliance. He showed impressive leadership and orchestration as a freshman on the varsity team with his adept passing and vision. Additionally, Freddie can finish looks at the rim and from range when the opportunity rises. Then defensively, Bacon is measured, using his anticipation to disrupt offenses. I like Bacon’s upside a lot.
Clayton Foster, 5’9 G – Green Mountain Select 10th/11th Gr. Class of 2025
Super smart and instinctual, Clayton plays within the flow of the game and makes the basketball play. Foster scores it at each level in the rhythm of the offense. Moreover, his passing skills and off-ball movement force defenses to keep their heads on a swivel with his constant action. Defensively, Foster covers guards with impressive foot speed in the full court and smart rotations when scrambling. Clayton keeps everything running smoothly.
Ryan Wright, 6’0 G/W – Pro City Basketball 17u Class of 2026
A lanky perimeter player, Ryan is a swingman who can cover multiple positions. Using his length and footwork, Wright challenges shots well both inside and out, and he’s shown nice recovery on slashers. Moreover, he’s a solid helper and rotator. On the offensive end, Ryan is a solid 2-level scorer at the rim and from range. Plus, his passing and vision continue to improve. Ryan is coming along as a two-way talent.
