Mateen Rafiq Mateen Rafiq 6'0" | PG Weston Ranch | 2024 State CA-N 6’0 PG, Rose City Ballers, El Camino HS
He’s a smart guard that rises to the level of the competition, he understands his role as a facilitator with good floor leadership, and PG skills, with vision, good passing in half-court sets. He found shooters, and bigs on drives into the paint. He can go left or right, and hit the short and long jumpers.
CJ Willenborg CJ Willenborg 6'2" | SG Capital Christian | 2024 State CA-N 6’4 SG Rose City Ballers, Folsom HS
He’s a prospect that can hit the jump shot long, or short, using one dribble, or catch and shoot. He knocked down a couple coming down in transition. He can use his dribble to get inside for points or kick outs. He worked to stay on ball with good lateral movement.
Jace Anderson Jace Anderson 6'7" | SF Damonte Ranch | 2024 CA-N 6’6 F, Rose City Ballers, Damante Ranch, Reno NV
Anderson gets a lot done working in and around the post area. He’s a long arm playmaking forward, who goes after rebounds on both ends of the court. He’s a triple threat at the high post, with good vision and passing skills. He has good patience working in the post.
Jayden Doty Jayden Doty 6'0" | CG Dougherty Valley | 2024 State CA-N 6’1 CG, Rose City Ballers, Dougherty Valley HS
Doty held his own working as a combo guard who can run the point. He handles ball pressure brining it up. He uses his body and hard dribbles to get into the paint for floaters, jumpers, and kick outs. He has length, and foot speed to defend full, and half-court.
Jaiveer Sidhu Jaiveer Sidhu 6'6" | SF Del Campo | 2024 State CA-N 6’7 F, Rose City Ballers, Del Campo HS
A long arm forward who’ll rebound use a good out let pass to start the break. He runs the court finishing in transition. He works well from the high post finding cutters and shooters. He’s an alert player with good hands to receive and finish off two feet in the paint.
Evan Lucas 6’2 SG, Rose City Ballers, The Athenian School
He has a good looking shot from behind the 3pt line. He dropped 3 in the game we saw. He’s a decent ball handler who can use a dribble or two, to free himself up for his mid-range, or make a pass. He runs the court well looking to spot up along the perimeter for 3’s.
Isaac Johnson Isaac Johnson 6'5" | SF Oakland | 2024 State CA-N 6’4 SG/W, NBBA, Pinole Valley HS
Johnson played hard in the game we watched. He was locked in on both ends of the court. His rebounding, the pushing the break was good. He defended with good intensity out on the perimeter, and used his length to compete in the paint. He had strong drives.
Leo Ricketts Leo Ricketts 6'0" | PG De La Salle | 2024 State CA-N 6’0 PG, NBBA, De La Salle HS
He continues to show good progress at the point position. He’s seeing the court to deliver solid passes, in transition and half-court. He’s showing patience up top. He hit the short pull up jumper on the dime, and can stick the 3ptr coming up court if left unattended.
Finley Keeffe Finley Keeffe 6'5" | SF The Branson | 2024 State CA-N 6’5 G/F, NBBA, The Branson HS
Keeffe can be a facilitator. He handles the ball well in transition with good vision and passing. He can steady the offense in the half-court. He can play on the perimeter, or work from the high post using his dribble to get into the paint. He’ll rebound, and guard multiple positions.
Dwight Stricklen 6’7 PF, NBBA, Jesse Bethel HS
Stricklen has work to do offensively working in the post area, nevertheless he’s strong, and with more conditioning and seasoning he can be post presence on defense. Right now he’ll get rebounds, set decent screens, and he’ll get a bucket or two going up strong.
Izeyah Wright 6’4 W/F, NBBA, Montgomery HS
Wright is an athletic prospect with good hops, and a solid body to help on the boards. He threw one down coming from the baseline. He has good foot speed to defend on the perimeter, and run the court in transition. He has the strength to hold his own in the post.
